There will be introductive workshops on activism and associative work from a feminist perspective, as well as theoretical presentations on feminism and intersectionality. The training camp is open to all student who wish to participate (it isn\u2019t necessary to be an exec for your association).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Here are some of the topics to be covered:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ABC of feminism<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ABC of mobilization from a care perspective<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Direct action<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Capacitism<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">What it means to be an exec from an intersectional and feminist perspective<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Decolonial feminism<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mood watching<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Transformative justice and sexual violence<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The struggle for paid internships<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Strike organizing 101<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Egalitarian practices in student associations:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Allyship and empowerment<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Inclusive mechanisms applied in the real world<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Transfeminism<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Participation in the training camp is free of charge (food and accommodation provided)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The event will take place at the Colonie des gr\u00e8ves de Contrec\u0153ur, near Sorel-Tracy (10350 QC-132, Contrec\u0153ur, QC J0L 1C0), with a public transport departure from Montreal (Berri-UQAM) on Friday evening (March 15). Carpooling will be organized for participants from other regions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Unfortunately, the bootcamp venue is not accessible to everyone.
