The Committees<\/strong> apportent une expertise particuli\u00e8re \u00e0 la CRUES dans leur champ d\u2019intervention et \u00e9paulent le Executive Council<\/a><\/strong> <\/span>et les associations membres dans leur travail. Ils ex\u00e9cutent leurs t\u00e2ches conform\u00e9ment aux orientations, aux priorit\u00e9s et aux plans d\u2019action \u00e9tablis par le Congr\u00e8s, ainsi qu\u2019aux mandats qui leurs sont confi\u00e9s par le Congr\u00e8s et le Conseil de coordination.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Standing Committees are as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. le comit\u00e9 training committee<\/strong><\/a><\/span>;<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. le comit\u00e9\u00a0l\u00e9gal<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. le comit\u00e9 de mobilisation committee<\/span><\/strong><\/a>;<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. le comit\u00e9 de la research and academic affairs committee<\/strong><\/a><\/span>;\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. le comit\u00e9 information committee<\/span><\/strong><\/a>;<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. le comit\u00e9 journal committee<\/strong><\/a><\/span>;<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. le comit\u00e9 de anti-opression and inclusion committee<\/span><\/a>;<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    The Standing Committees have the following powers:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    1. to sit on the Coordination Council and take part in debates at its meetings, as well as backing its decisions;<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. make recommendations to the Executive Council, Coordinating Council and Congress within the scope of their responsibilities;<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. reach an agreement on their internal operating procedures, in accordance with the decisions of the Congress and the Bylaws;<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. may be joined by an unlimited number of non-elected collaborators.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Committees are made up of elected members. Members of the executive council who sit ex officio on a committee are full members. All committee members have the right to speak, make proposals and vote.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n
